Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope seeks an Area Manager to drive growth in the decking, waterproofing and flooring markets. You will expand fluid-applied coating sales, build relationships with contractors, dealers and owners, and proactively secure opportunities to meet regional goals.

As a proven sales professional, you will manage a dynamic territory, deliver value-based solutions, and travel frequently to engage customers and represent the company at events and sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of decking, waterproofing & flooring material experience.
• Strong track record in building business and increasing sales.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to present information professionally to diverse customers and industry professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Represent Amrize decking, waterproofing & flooring products to architects, engineers, building owners, distributors and contractors.
• Manage the sales process, build relationships, respond to needs, and close sales.
• Generate and follow up on new customer leads.
• Develop territory business and marketing plans; document leads and follow-ups.
