Amrize is seeking an Area Manager to drive growth of Gaco decking, waterproofing and flooring products across the Maryland region. You will build relationships with architects, building owners and contractors, manage the sales cycle and close opportunities using a consultative, solution-based approach.

The role requires a proven sales track record, a business or related degree, and the ability to travel up to 75% while delivering regional sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field or 5+ years in decking, waterproofing or flooring material.
• Proven track record in growing sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Represent Gaco decking, waterproofing and flooring to architects, owners, distributors and contractors.
• Manage sales process, build relationships, respond to needs, close sales.
• Generate and follow up on new leads and document them.
• Develop and execute territory business and marketing plans.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
• Travel frequently and conduct on-site training events.
• Present at local/regional trade shows.
• Manage territory sales budget.
• Expand product knowledge and monitor competitors.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental policies.
