Job summary
Amrize Building Envelope is seeking an experienced Area Manager for Decking & Waterproofing in the United States. You will drive growth by expanding fluid-applied coating sales in commercial decking, waterproofing, and flooring, building strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and building owners.
You will lead the sales process, manage a growing customer base, and proactively secure new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in roofing/waterproofing sales.
- Proven sales track record and relationship building.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent Gaco decking, waterproofing & flooring to architects, engineers, owners, distributors and contractors.
- Manage sales process, develop relationships, anticipate customer needs, and close sales.
- Generate and follow up on new customer leads.
- Document leads and follow up contacts.
- Develop and execute territory business and marketing plans.
- Meet or exceed annual sales and gross profit targets.
- Travel frequently and conduct on-site trainings and trade shows.
