Job summary

Market My Market, a fast-growing marketing agency, is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to own the complete billing and collections lifecycle. You will process subscriptions, payment links, and invoices in HubSpot Commerce, reconcile against QuickBooks, and support forecasting and reporting.

This remote role requires availability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours and a track record of handling high-volume billing in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role.
• Experience with HubSpot Commerce platform and reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks.
• Ability to work full-time on Eastern Time Zone business hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce, create and send payment links, and generate invoices at scale.
• Apply incoming payments, resolve failed or declined transactions, follow up on past-due balances, and manage collections.
• Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks and investigate discrepancies to keep records current.
• Serve as the point of contact for client billing questions and coordinate adjustments and payment arrangements.
• Support revenue forecasting, build AR reporting (aging and collections), and identify process efficiencies.
