Job summary

Market My Market is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own the full billing and collections lifecycle in a remote role aligned with Eastern Time business hours. You will manage subscriptions, payment links, and invoices in HubSpot Commerce and reconcile with QuickBooks, while communicating with clients on billing concerns and adjustments.

The role requires 4+ years in AR or similar finance operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to scale processes as client volume

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Commerce platform for subscriptions, payment links, and invoices.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce.
• Create and send payment links and generate invoices at scale.
• Apply incoming payments and resolve failed or declined transactions.
• Follow up on past-due balances and manage collections.
• Process prorations, credits, refunds, upgrades, downgrades, and one-off charges accurately.
• Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure transactions, payouts, and balances match.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between platforms.
• Keep the receivables ledger current and reflective of real-time client activity.
