Flourish Research is seeking a remote Project Analyst-Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. You will serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, oversee invoicing, and coordinate with Operations, Budgets, and Contracts to ensure timely revenue recognition.

The role requires 1–2 years of accounting or AR experience, strong Excel skills, and clear communication. RealTime experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required.
• Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Bachelors Degree required.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations, Budgets and Contracts.
• Review contracts/work orders and amendments to identify financial terms and ensure timely invoicing.
• Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify budget issues.
• Quality control of study visits in the RT system to ensure revenue is billed correctly.
• Ensure all billable items are invoiced and supported; reconcile RealTime revenue with sponsor/vendor data.
• Prepare monthly revenue files for ERP loading and issue monthly statements to sponsors/CROs.
• Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections; assist with end-of-study audits.
