Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist based in the United States in a remote-first environment. You will oversee client billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end close, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AR, a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, NetSuite experience, and strong Excel skills, with excellent communication to support client relations and audits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented accounting professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related experience.
• Proficient in NetSuite or equivalent ERP and advanced Excel functions.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with attention to confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-volume client billing activities, invoice processing, and account maintenance with accuracy.
• Reconcile client accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues and outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Finance to address inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Oversee billing setups and updates to ensure accurate invoicing records.
• Support month-end closing with invoicing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.
