Horizontal Talent is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to optimize cash flow and support financial health in a remote, hypergrowth environment. You will manage end-to-end collections, be the primary billing contact, apply payments, resolve disputes, prepare AR aging reports, and contribute to cash flow forecasting in a fast-paced tech company.

Qualifications include 3+ years in AR/collections, ERP proficiency (Workday, NetSuite, SAP), advanced Excel (pivot tables), and strong communication.

Formación

• 3+ years in accounts receivable or collections in tech.
• ERP experience with Workday, NetSuite or SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end collection activities and ensure timely payments.
• Primary contact for customer billing inquiries; maintain positive relationships.
• Process and apply customer payments across channels; ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes with internal teams.
• Prepare AR aging reports and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
