Job summary

Atlantic Waters is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage invoicing and collections across a growing family of local brands. This remote role uses ServiceTitan and QuickBooks to ensure accurate billing and steady cash flow.

You will review completed jobs, finalize invoices, follow up on balances by phone and email, and collaborate with field, service and sales teams to resolve discrepancies while maintaining professional client relationships across time zones.

Qualifications

• Advanced English, written and spoken, for daily communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication by phone, email and chat.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with multiple invoices.
• Comfort with accounting software and field-service platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Review completed jobs in ServiceTitan to confirm billing readiness.
• Prepare, update and finalize invoices with accurate pricing and details.
• Send invoices promptly and maintain organized billing records.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collections by phone and email.
• Coordinate with field, service and sales teams to clarify details before invoicing.
• Escalate unresolved questions to the appropriate manager when needed.
• Track aging receivables and provide leadership with updates.
• Maintain professional customer relationships throughout collections.
