• Moderate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects and coordinate with Operations and Budgets and Contracts teams.
• Review Contracts, Work Orders, and Amendments to ensure timely invoicing and contract terms.
• Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify budget issues.
• Perform financial quality control of study visits in RealTime to ensure revenue accuracy.
