Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking an AR Billing Supervisor to lead Medicaid and managed care billing across multiple states. You will oversee accounts receivable, enrollment verifications, eligibility, denials, and reimbursement workflows within a dynamic senior living portfolio.

You will partner with Finance leaders and regional teams to optimize cash flow, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement best practices in revenue cycle management across all communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle including Medicaid/manged care.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising Medicaid billing across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and payer requirements.
• Proficiency with EMR and billing/revenue cycle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR, Medicaid, and managed care billing for multi-state communities.
• Monitor KPIs: collections, aging, denials, timeliness.
• Prepare AR and revenue cycle reports for leadership.
• Lead training and process improvements in Medicaid billing.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
