Job summary

somewhere is seeking an Appointment Setter / Sales Rep to own the top-of-funnel process for our outbound sales engine. You will work remotely across LATAM/SA with a flexible schedule during core EST hours, handling cold and inbound leads to set qualified appointments for closer conversion.

You will manage a 3,900+ contact database, rapidly respond to inbound inquiries, and drive high show-rate meetings through disciplined follow-up and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Proven phone-heavy outbound sales track record.
• Ability to cold-call and converse with small/midsize business owners.
• Experience reactivating thousands of existing contacts to generate conversations.
• Urgent, high-intensity lead-follow-up with fast response times.
• Ability to discuss performance metrics and past results clearly.
• Proficient in CRM systems for follow-ups and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Reactivate ~3,900 existing contacts to create conversations and booked appointments.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes and within 24 hours.
• Conduct high-volume phone outreach with multi-touch follow-up cadences.
• Qualify leads to ensure fit before scheduling the closer.
• Own booked meetings and pre-meeting reminders to improve show rates.
• Maintain CRM records with calls, notes, tasks, and pipeline status.
