You will work remotely with a distributed sales team, manage calendars, log activities in the CRM, and aim to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Ability to qualify leads and schedule meetings consistently.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• English proficiency for English-speaking prospects.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs, requirements, and interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain follow-up with prospects not yet ready to schedule.
• Record prospect information and activities in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate times between prospects and sales reps.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to transfer and follow up on leads.
• Provide feedback on objections and customer needs.
