Bath & Cabinet Experts is hiring a Confirmations Specialist to qualify in-home sales appointments and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will ensure Design Consultants receive fully qualified appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows.

In this role, you will manage schedules, handle calls, verify criteria such as homeowner status and project scope, and communicate scheduling changes to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in confirmations, call center, or sales roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules for Design Consultants.
• Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls.
• Confirm criteria for in-home appointments (homeownership, project scope, decision-maker availability).
• Reinforce appointment expectations and value with homeowners.
• Improve customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Reduce cancellations, reschedules, no-shows.
• Document appointment updates in the CRM.
• Communicate schedule changes to sales leadership.
