Qualifications

• Five years of related work experience with staff management preferred.
• Proven ability to handle competing priorities and budget awareness.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT staff and define portfolio governance for development lifecycle.
• Act as IT Product Owner, ensuring platform currency and security.
• Coordinate backlog reviews with stakeholders and sponsors.
