Job summary

Internova Travel Group seeks a Manager of Application Development to lead the AgentMate engineering team. You will own security, reliability, and PCI compliance while delivering scalable, user-focused solutions.

You will mentor developers, translate business priorities into robust software, and partner with product, delivery, and security teams to ensure architectural integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in application development with hands-on C#/.NET
• 2+ years in formal engineering leadership or team lead roles
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with cloud-hosted apps, preferably Azure, including CI/CD and monitoring
• Security-focused development, OWASP, threat modeling, and PCI awareness
• Excellent collaboration with product, delivery, security, and operations teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the AgentMate application development team
• Own technical delivery from discovery through production and support
• Guide secure design, risk management, and code reviews
• Develop modern apps with .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL, and Azure services
• Collaborate with product, delivery, infra, security, and business teams
• Maintain observability, testing, and deployment practices
