Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Application Support to lead global operations ensuring high availability and scalable performance of core applications. You will align IT with business goals, manage incidents, and drive automation initiatives.

You will report to executive leadership, mentor managers and engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize service delivery. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• 5-8 years in healthcare help desk or support environment

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global operational strategy for enterprise application support across all business units.
• Establish, monitor, and report on executive KPIs and operational metrics for uptime and performance.
• Lead enterprise incident response management for critical outages and RCA initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks and SOPs; drive knowledge management.
• Mentor and scale a team of managers, engineers, and liaisons.
• Collaborate with End-Users, Product and Engineering to ensure satisfaction and smooth transitions from deployment to steady-state operations.
• Champion automation, AI-driven operations (AIOps), and self-healing systems.
• Serve as liaison between operations and executive stakeholders on performance and roadmap.
