Job summary

inHance, a division of Harris, is seeking an Application Consultant who will thrive in a people-first culture and a close-knit community. This remote role supports clients across the US and Canada, with travel up to 25%.

You will lead installations, training, data conversions, and ongoing support, collaborating with project teams to ensure successful implementations and durable solutions. Preference will be given to CST timezone candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of software application consultant/implementation experience.
• Training experience in software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation tasks, training, consulting, and other services for customers on the inHANCE product line (virtual and onsite).
• Interpret requirements and define system setups.
• Respond to implementation support calls and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with project teams to prepare sites for training and implementation.
• Test data conversions and verify accuracy with clients.
