Job summary
HARTING Americas is seeking a Senior Technical Application Consultant to join our team. This remote-focused role, based in San Francisco, CA, serves as an embedded technical expert providing rapid-response application engineering support and driving design collaboration with a strategic hyperscale data center account.
You will translate customer requirements into actionable feedback, support new designs, and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to accelerate issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in application/field engineering or product development.
- Ability to conceptualize solutions beyond product selection.
- Strong ability to build relationships with engineering teams.
- Experience giving early design guidance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical contact for engineering needs.
- Triage issues and drive cross-team resolution.
- Support new product designs and system-level architecture.
- Collaborate with account teams to win designs.
- Translate requirements into actionable feedback.
