Job summary

Harbor is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our Enterprise Solutions practice. The role ensures client satisfaction through successful installation of Intapp solutions, improving efficiency and functionality.

This remote position can be located anywhere in the US or Canada and involves end-to-end implementation of software products, including scoping, planning, deployment, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role in a legal services/law firm environment.
• Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries with a solid understanding of relational database structure and normalization.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language.
• Competent in problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assesses client needs and installs and implements industry-standard systems and enterprise solutions.
• Provides leadership to all members of the team.
• Acts as the escalation point for complex situations and creates effective solutions.
• Owns the end-to-end implementation of software products and services from scoping to support.
• Write reports to review historical data using SQL or cloud-based reporting solutions.
