Candidates should be energetic, eager to learn, and comfortable with travel (up to 25%) across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a software application consultant/implementation specialist.
• Experience delivering training and implementing software solutions for customers.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation tasks, training, consulting for customers on inHANCE products via virtual or onsite.
• Interpret requirements and define system setups.
• Respond to support calls and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with project coordinators and client contacts for preparedness.
• Test data conversions and review results with clients.
• Document work tasks and update tracking systems.
• Travel up to 25% in US and Canada.
