Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a software application consultant/implementation specialist.
• Experience in training software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into workable solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct implementation tasks, training and support for customers on inHANCE products using virtual and onsite methods.
• Interpret requirements and configure system setups.
• Respond to implementation support calls and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators and client contacts to prep for implementation and training.
• Coordinate project management as needed.
• Work with Professional Services, Support and Development to troubleshoot questions.
• Provide feedback to improve product and implementation processes.
• Stay current on Harris software applications and related technologies.
• Coordinate data retrieval and data conversion readiness.
• Cleanse, map, and integrate data with conversion support.
• Test data conversions and validate with clients.
• Write SQL queries as needed.
• Document tasks and update internal trackers.
• Provide customer support as needed.
• Other duties as required.
• Travel up to 25% in US & Canada.
