Job summary

inHance, a division of Harris, seeks an Application Consultant to perform implementations, trainings, testing, and data conversions across all inHANCE platforms. The role emphasizes learning, adaptability, and growth within a community-focused team.

Remote role welcoming candidates in the US and Canada; travel up to 25% required. Passport eligibility and international travel visas may be necessary. Preference for CST timezone.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as software application consultant/implementation specialist.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking to resolve issues.
• Excellent MS Office; proficient in Windows 10/11 and Server 2016+.
• Customer service experience essential.
• Patience and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation tasks, training, consulting and support for implementation customers (virtual and onsite).
• Interpret requirements and define system setups.
• Respond to implementation support calls and resolve issues.
• Coordinate data retrieval, cleansing, integration and conversions.
• Test data conversions and verify accuracy with client.
• Provide customer support as needed and update internal tracking systems.
