Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (versions 24.x+).
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
• Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Certifications: Appian Certified Analyst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Analyze and document processes using BPMN.
• Identify automation opportunities using Appian capabilities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian architects and developers on workflows and data models.
• Support Agile delivery with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist in creating test cases and support UAT.
• Ensure solutions meet expectations and standards.
• Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
• Lead workshops to clarify functional and technical requirements.
