Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (versions 24.x or higher).
Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct requirements-gathering with stakeholders and SMEs.
Analyze and document business processes using BPMN.
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities leveraging Appian capabilities.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Appian Architects/Developers on workflows, data models, and UIs.
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and clarifications of requirements.
Create test cases and assist in UAT; ensure solutions meet standards.
