Job summary

Atlas Technologies seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex automation bridging Appian and PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into specs guiding developers for Appian interfaces.

Fully remote position available to residents in several states, with up to 10% travel. The role requires DoD Secret level clearance or ability to obtain one, and experience in BPMN, Agile, and documentation.

Qualifications

Hands-on Appian BPM and low-code platform experience.
Proficient in BPMN and business process modeling.
Experience translating requirements into functional specs and user stories.
Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and documenting acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.
Analyze and document business processes using BPMN standards.
Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation via Appian.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows, data models, UIs.
Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Assist in creating test cases and support UAT and system testing.
Ensure solutions meet business expectations and standards.
Analyze alignment with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
Run workshops to clarify functional/technical requirements and produce docs.
