Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement automation bridging Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP. You will map processes, capture requirements, and translate them into specs for the development team.

The role is fully remote for US residents, with up to 10% travel, and requires Appian expertise and BPMN proficiency, plus a DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one. Agile experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Appian 5+ years of hands-on experience with Appian 24.x or higher.
DoD Secret level Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
Document business processes using BPMN standards.
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows and data models.
Support Agile delivery with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Assist in creating test cases and support UAT.
Ensure solutions meet business expectations and standards.
Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
Lead workshops to clarify functional and technical requirements.
Produce process maps and technical guides with governance.
