Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. seeks a Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex process automation that links Appian with PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs for the development team.

Fully remote position for US residents with up to 10% travel. Candidates should have 5+ years in Appian, BPMN, Agile delivery, strong communication, and the ability to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (v24.x or higher).
DoD Secret level security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Appian Certified Analyst is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
Analyze and document business processes using BPMN.
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Appian.
Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows and data models.
Support Agile delivery with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Assist in creating test cases and support UAT.
Ensure solutions meet business expectations and standards.
Ensure alignment with PeopleSoft Modules and Appian workflows.
