Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex automation that bridges Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs for developers.

Remote position available to residents in multiple US states, with up to 10% travel. Strong Appian, BPMN, and DoD Secret clearance are required with agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience in versions 24.x or higher.
• Strong BPMN modeling and process-improvement background.
• Experience translating business needs into functional specs and user stories.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Map business processes using BPMN and assess automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian architects and developers on workflows and data models.
• Support Agile delivery with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist in creating test cases and support UAT and system testing.
• Ensure solutions align with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
• Drive clarity through workshops and governance for requirements.
• Document processes, user stories, and technical guides in repositories.
