Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement process automation bridging Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP. You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specs to guide development for Appian interfaces with PeopleSoft data.

Fully remote position available to US residents, with up to 10% travel. Strong emphasis on BPMN, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration within an IT team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Appian experience (v24.x or higher).
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and process-improvement methodologies.
• Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Ability to create clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Document processes using BPMN and map to Appian workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities leveraging Appian.
