Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Appian experience (version 24.x+).
• Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management.
• Ability to create clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Appian or other BPM/low-code platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications: Appian Certified Analyst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Analyze and document business processes using BPMN standards.
• Identify automation opportunities using Appian capabilities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows and data models.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Assist in creating test cases and support UAT.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and standards.
• Analyze alignment with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
• Run workshops to achieve clarity for functional/technical requirements.
