Job summary
Atlas Technologies seeks a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex automation bridging Appian low-code with PeopleSoft ERP. Qualifications
- 5+ years using Appian versions 24.x or higher in projects.
- Experience mapping business processes to implement automation.
- Ability to translate requirements into user stories and specs.
- Knowledge of BPMN and integration with ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements-gathering with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Document processes using BPMN and create functional specs.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation with Appian.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Appian Architects to design workflows and data models.
- Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement and sprints.
- Create test cases and assist in UAT and system testing.
- Ensure solutions align with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
- Lead workshops to clarify functional/technical requirements.
- Produce process maps, user stories, and technical guides.
