Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design and implement complex automation bridging Appian low‑code with PeopleSoft ERP.

You will analyze business needs, map processes, and translate requirements into functional specifications for the development team to enable Appian interfaces with PeopleSoft data and workflows. Remote role available to eligible US residents, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (versions 24.x+).
• DoD Secret level security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong BPMN and process-improvement knowledge.
• Experience on Appian or other BPM/low-code projects.
• Ability to create clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience and stakeholder management.
• Appian Certified Analyst is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
• Model business processes using BPMN and map to Appian flows.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for automation with Appian capabilities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Appian Architects and Developers on workflows and data models.
• Support Agile delivery with backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Assist in test case creation and UAT support.
• Ensure solutions meet business and security standards.
• Align processes with PeopleSoft modules and Appian workflows.
• Lead workshops to clarify functional and technical requirements.
