Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst II- Remote to deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims applications. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth integrations.

Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, create specs, SOPs, and documentation, and support testing and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and non-functional requirements.
• Understanding of development, QA, and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Support testing, training, and data analysis activities.
• Produce API mapping, specs, and data flow maps to guide implementation.
