Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role. You will deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims, onboarding partners to our API ecosystem, and ensuring seamless integration.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, and IT partners to translate needs into technical requirements, develop SOPs, and maintain comprehensive documentation, while participating in testing and training activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3–5 years of system documentation experience or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Understanding of development, QA, and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers, and QA to gather and translate requirements.
• Maintain SOPs and project documentation, design specs, and API mappings.
• Support testing and training activities, including UAT and user guides.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards for project metrics.
