CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst II to deliver enterprise APIs supporting sales, service, and claims across digital and agency channels. You will onboard partners to the API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration while working remotely across the US.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, and architects to translate business needs into technical requirements, develop documentation, and contribute to testing and training

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years system documentation and/or technical writing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Experience tracing transactions through a complex system.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Create API mappings, specs, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with testing and user training as needed.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards.
