Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role, with responsibility for delivering enterprise APIs that support sales, service, and claims across digital and agency channels. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to define non-functional requirements and map them from business needs.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through complex systems and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to capture and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Create and maintain SOPs for consistent processes.
