Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to deliver enterprise APIs powering critical applications across sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration experiences.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PMs to translate business needs into technical requirements, develop SOPs, and maintain robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation experience.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Experience tracing transactions through complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for process consistency.
• Lead cross-domain coordination to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Create API mappings, specs, and related technical documentation.
