Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring for an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote. The role focuses on delivering enterprise APIs supporting sales, service, and claims across digital and agency channels, onboarding partners to the API ecosystem, and ensuring seamless integration.

The position emphasizes collaboration with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, architects and developers to translate business needs into technical requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements from business needs.
• Strong understanding of development, QA, and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers, QA and other IT partners to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent processes.
• Lead interdependencies across domains for seamless integration.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with architecture councils and other stakeholders.
• Document technical specifications, data flows, queries and mappings.
• Assist with UAT and training materials creation.
