Job summary
CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims across digital and agency channels. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integrations in a remote-first environment.
You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, create documentation, and support testing and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 3–5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
- Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and other partners to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
- Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines and milestones.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
- Identify interdependencies across domains for seamless integration.
- Lead delivery of projects within set timelines.
- Create API mapping sheets and API specs.
