Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, a leading AAA insurer, is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role. You will deliver enterprise APIs powering critical applications across sales, service and claims, onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements, maintain SOPs, and drive projects to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems interact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Create, maintain and update documentation including design and data flow mapping.
• Assist with UAT and training materials for end users.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards.
