Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II who will deliver enterprise APIs powering critical applications across sales, service, and claims. The role involves onboarding partners, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration experiences in a remote-first environment.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs, author mappings and SOPs, and work with architects, developers and BSA/BRM teams to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through complex systems and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to gather and translate requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, designs and test criteria.
• Assist with UAT and training materials development and delivery.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards to track progress.
