Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role within the United States. You will deliver enterprise APIs powering critical applications across sales, service, and claims channels, onboarding partners to the API ecosystem and ensuring seamless integration experiences.

You will collaborate with multiple IT and business partners to translate business needs into technical requirements, document technical specifications, and support testing and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers, QA and IT partners to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within timelines.
• Author API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Maintain relationships with key partners to support cohesive work environment.
• Create, maintain and update comprehensive documentation including technical requirements and design.
