Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II — Remote. You will deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims. You will onboard partners to our API ecosystem, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integrations across digital and agency channels.

You will capture business needs, translate them into technical specs, author API docs, and drive cross‑domain collaboration with architects and developers to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Create, update and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user stories.
• Assist with UAT and training materials for system rollouts.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards to support decisions.
