Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II with a remote-first posture across the United States (excluding HI and AK). You will deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims, onboard partners to our API ecosystem, and troubleshoot integration issues.

You’ll collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PMs, developers, and QA to capture needs, translate to technical requirements, and maintain SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3-5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC and BSA to understand needs, collect business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes.
• Leads and accelerates the delivery of projects and initiatives, driving them to successful completion within set timelines.
• Author API mapping sheets, API specs, and related documentation.
• Create, maintain, and update technical specifications and data mappings to support system integration.
