Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is actively hiring for an IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote. In this role you will deliver enterprise APIs powering sales, service, and claims, and work with internal and external partners to onboard them to our API ecosystem for seamless integration across channels.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PMs to capture requirements, create API specs and mappings, and develop comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3-5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Identify interdependencies across domains for seamless integration.
• Lead and accelerate delivery of projects within timelines.
• Create API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration.
• Create, review, and update technical documentation and BRDs.
• Assist with UAT and training materials.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and dashboards.
