CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will deliver enterprise APIs for sales, service, and claims, onboarding partners to the API ecosystem and ensuring seamless integration.

As a subject matter expert, you will translate business needs into technical requirements, maintain documentation, and collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, architects and developers to drive projects to completion.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related area (CS, IS or related) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to gather and translate requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs to ensure timelines are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Create API mapping sheets and API specs, and document tech specs, data flow, and system mappings.
• Support testing and training activities; extract data and contribute to dashboards.
