Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II for a remote role across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). The position focuses on delivering enterprise APIs, onboarding partners, and ensuring seamless integration with internal and external teams.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, develop SOPs, and maintain comprehensive documentation. A bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years of documentation experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation and/or technical writing experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Developers and QA to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency in processes.
• Identify interdependencies across domains to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead delivery of projects within set timelines.
• Create API mappings, API specs, and related documentation.
