Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an API IT Solutions Analyst II - Remote to deliver enterprise APIs supporting sales, service and claims. You will onboard partners, troubleshoot integration, and translate business needs into technical specs.

You’ll author API mappings, collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, Architects and Developers, and produce clear documentation. This role is remote anywhere in the United States, with Hawaii/Alaska exceptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of system documentation experience and/or technical writing.
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of development, QA and integration methodologies.
• Ability to trace transactions through a complex system and document interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA, PM, developers and QA to gather and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate project timelines and milestones with project managers.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistent, efficient processes.
• Lead delivery of projects to completion within set timelines.
• Create and update API mapping sheets and API specs.
• Document systems mapping, data flow, queries and schema changes.
• Support testing through UAT and training material development.
• Extract, analyze and report data to support business decisions.
