Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, is seeking an API IT Solutions Analyst II with remote work options across the United States. You will deliver enterprise APIs powering applications in sales, service, and claims, onboarding partners to the API ecosystem and ensuring seamless integration.

You will collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to capture business needs and translate them into technical requirements, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and leading interdependencies across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years System documentation experience and/or technical writing
• Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate business requirements into non-functional requirements
• Solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
• Ability to trace given transactions through a sophisticated system and document how systems and overlapping processes interact

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM to understand needs and translate into technical requirements
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and milestones are met
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Create, maintain and update documentation including technical requirements, design, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Assist with UAT sessions and training materials for users of new or enhanced applications
• Extract, analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and project outcomes
